The White House says the speech is mainly intended to be motivational

The key words being "mainly intended"...

Which means the rest of it is intended to indoctrinate the "yoots" into mind-numbed "Yes, We Can" Obamabots...

Keep your children home and tell them the truth about the Fascist in Chief...

Obama isn’t the superhero he thinks he is. These constant appearances will not net him anything.

Can you imagine the turmoil if Pres. Bush had done the same thing?

Pushing the NEA to recruit artists to create Bush-policy art?

Staffing his advisors with self-proclaimed communists?

Shutting down Coal fired electrical generation plants, with nothing on-line to replace them?

ect, ect, ect.

The problem is, we can’t trust Obama to stick to a purely motivational speech. Somehow, I expect him to turn it into a way to sell his agenda to the little ones, and then explain it away as something that “We know everyone can agree on”. If I had a kid that age, I would not want to take the chance.

The other component is the teachers, who have proven in many cases the damage they can do in the name of The Obama. Even if TOTUS does bestow upon him a purely objective, harmless speech, the teachers have an opportunity to spin whatever they want from it, and whatever the union tells them to spin.

It’s sad that we can’t trust our president or our teachers to do the right thing.

Good Students?

Well if Obama wants children to be good students LET'S SEE HIS TRANSCRIPTS!

HEY OBAMA, before you lecture our kids on the benefits of being a "good student", How's about you release your elementary, high school, college and law school transcripts, so we can see how it benefited YOU!

They discovered that the controversy was so great that they are retooling the words ... like with HealthCare, they test words among the US Citizens to determine which ones work and which ones don’t; they did this for Zero’s campaign. So, you can expect Zero next week to say the same thing he has been about healthcare but with different catch phrases.

He wants to indoctrinate our youth, so expect that he will say what he intended, but with a tweaking of his words.

Zero’s administration is doing damage control YET AGAIN. The excuse in the Washington Times article: “But the revisions did not appear in time to head off the rapid-fire reaction that spread all day on conservative-oriented talk radio and Web sites.”

I do not trust this administration as far as I can spit.

I never thought I would ever say this, but I am glad our school district is on Strike. Hope the strike last another week, so my 7-year old does not have to get pulled from school.

I don’t think most of us would have a problem with a President addressing the nations school children at the beginning of the year, and talk about how great this Nation is, and how much better it can be if they study hard, challenge them selves in school, at home, in their place of worship, and in the community. And most important stay in school. A Bill Cosby type of message.

But that is not what Obama had in mind. He is taking this address to our children straight from Sauk Alinsky’s book. Get the children on our side, divide them from their parents conservatism early, and most important show these cute little kids on the news . The Aaawwwww factor is a very powerful tool.

Obama has already stated he is ok with being a one term president. I wonder if he is setting himself up for some kind of long-term career in education so he can corrupt an entire generation with his socialist/marxist agenda.

I found it a little offensive at first, until I heard that they would be asked to pledge allegiance to the zero, at which point I went ballistic!

Neither myself nor my children will ever pledge allegiance to that satanic jerk off. And we aren't going to wear any freaking number either, so don't even bother.
