I read somewhere that white kids have more of an affinity for their suburban schools, both academically and socially, and when one of them decides to shoot the place up and take out everyone he can, it’s because he is disappointed and angry with everyone there for whatever reason.
On the other hand, this psychologist said that inner-city blacks aren’t that invested in their schools, don’t consider them a major part of their lives, either socially or academically, and couldn’t care less, however, if they have a grudge with someone, they’ll act on it.
