And even if it’s true, this means we have to have a serious, in depth examination of all current ‘Czars’ and a freeze on any future ones.
Hell, we need to get Congress to make appointing ‘Czars’ illegal!

The WH has waivers for everything. Lobbyists. Ethics. Resumes. Oaths of office.
That went with him as a bonus for his long and distinguished career with the obama administration.
I’ll bet Major Garret is having nightmares about his cheerleading for the Unibama before the election.
The- are saying he did not fill out the questionnaire (lengthy).
That may or may not be a lie.
However, what HAS emerged this morning is that VJ filled out what is known as a S-86 (Special Form 86) where he listed in detail many things, which then created a discrepancy and raised *red flags*. In other words, he lied on it and they caught him. But the higher ups, (I assume Jarrett, perhaps Rahm, maybe even all the way to the President himself, OKed it regardless.
Van Jones documents on file cannot be destroyed. If somebody orders it, they must know that they face several federal punishment if caught. If any of them are lurking today, I would highly advise them not to touch such documents whether in hard file or data (soft) form, and just come clean on the whole thing.
The White House and Obama are really in a corner n this, becaue whatever they did, it was either a blatant lie, or a blatant internal security risk for the country. This guy had a West Wing badge apparantly.
My guess is those who had a history of Marxism didn’t fill anything out.
