“In 1996 Oliver penned for Afro-American readers a vivid account of a personal experience that showed why a paper that reported firsthand on racial discrimination in the community was still a vital need. After running a red light, Oliver was pulled over by Baltimore police. With that infraction compounded by several other minor ones (Oliver’s license had expired, and he wasn’t wearing a seat belt), Oliver was placed under arrest and spent eight hours in Baltimore’s central lockup.”
Doesn’t that sound like discrimination to you?! /s

I wonder what would happen if someone started the WHITEY newspaper?! /s
Drug histories, low FICO scores, and unusually high High School drop-out rates don't have anything to do with it either. It's all racism.
White people do have an advantage - when we fail at something it’s OUR FAULT - there’s no racial group we can blame. And in many ways, that’s better...
To tired from playing midnight basketball to go for interviews I guess.

“More than half of urban blacks never graduate from high school. Is White America responsible for that? I suppose Lyndon Johnson and his damnable social programs can be held culpable for the creation of a perpetual underclass. Still, one cant help but be saddened by serial illegitimacy and homes without fathers, and schools where teachers labor in vain to teach. However, the inner citys problems will never be resolved by Whitey. It is a Black problem and will remain so.”
Even with that being the case, one can still become President.
“BTW Hispanics tend to be under represented in the Federal workforce”
Don’t hold your breath. I’m sure forces are at work riught now, to remedy this inequity.
