Can she move to Massachusetts and get elected the way she did in New York? What are the laws on residency there?

not sure, but in most states the residency requirement to run for political office is pretty minimal, one year or less I believe..... it’s mostly a question of what the voters of a state will put up with.

I confess that I was one who thought voters of NY would reject the carpet-bagging Hillary back in 2000, at least before it was evident what a weak candidate Lazio turned out to be — plus an overwhelming amount of support and coddling of Hillary from the supposedly tough NY media — they just rolled over for her, that is the few who were not actively flacking her candidacy.
