The head of the French military says military intervention is not a viable option to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear capability.

is surrender
Must...not...comment...
Yeah theres a real authority on combat...
The French know a thing or two about military interventions... I guess.
Well, I hope Israel wasn’t counting too heavily on French assistance!
That’s the traditional French response, as predictable as the grape harvest. Somehow I think the Israelis will have a different idea when their survival is at stake.
the White Flag folks....who probably have oil deals they are worried about.......every nation on this planet will cry helpless and watch Iran continue to strive for exterminating an entire race......
Welcome to Obama world....where IRAN is the superpower...
Hehe he he ... Some jokes are just to obvious...
I believe Israel will prove him wrong, before Christmas.
Well, Israel might just prove him wrong?
The French battle flag:
That’s because all their tanks only work in reverse!
I agree. The nuclear annihilation of Iran (and all other Moslem countries) is preferred.
Damned fine post sir.
So the Germans can march in the shade.
It's a JOKE! (For all you Francises out there.)
Try flu??
I think he’s thinking of the Maginot Line
OK.
I think if the French don’t believe in it, that’s the only confirmation needed to actually go and bomb Iran.
French deaths highlight NATO’s other challenge
By Daniel Korski - 19 Aug 08
France today has suffered the greatest number of causalities in military combat since clashes in Bouake, Ivory Coast in 2004. In fierce fighting 30 miles east of Kabul, 10 French soldiers were killed and 21 wounded.
Monaco is not a good target for French Intervention.
:) Bump? Cowardly French.......?
I think it would be nice if a couple of the Israeli bombs “accidently” managed to hit Paris...

We forget our allies when convenient? Good Lord.
There’s a whole lot more going on behind the curtain folks. Lighten the hell up.
There’s a reliable opinion. </s>
NO military option is viable... for a French General.
He has a valid point.
He / France puts their hand to it and the muslims fry Paris and its suburbs same day.
Thus, not viable.
mange le fromage petite singe
Because Iran will be MUCH easier to deal with once they have nukes.
Uh huh. MORONS.
It’s like the French beg us to insult them when it comes to their military and culture. If however, the Iranians are suspected of putting anti-freeze in the wine, then there will be war. After the UN sends a letter telling them how angry the French are.
As for it not being ‘viable’ seems to be the same policy of putting air conditioner in their homes so their elderly don’t die.
It looks like the US and Israel are getting ready to accept a Nuclear Iran.
The General is a pussy and a Jihadi sympathizer.
LOL, my plug-in translator result: eat the cheese baby apes
Check out Hitler’s arrogant head tilt. Obama’s version is worthy of the original.
France will send Iran a strongly-worded letter.
Cheese eating surrender monkeys.
Great time to install a French general in change of NATO U.S.
The most successful act by the French army in WWII was cutting the elevator cables, so Hitler couldn’t savor his victory on top of the Eiffel tower.
The new Vichy!
People also forget it was the French who were there treating our Sailors after the USS Cole was attacked. Without them, a lot more would have died.
For America? No. For France, or England, or Europe in general? No. But for Israel and Saudi Arabia? Iran is a threat today, let alone in a decade with a nuke.

Cheers!
Word is Israel gave the US a limited time to employ the Obama Iran-fail plan.
But that clock is about run out.
Problem is my sense is that any strike will have only limited results. Much of the discussion revolves around how much time Israel gets in delaying mullah nukes.
Problem is that’s all inexact and Iran’s nuke program is scattered and some sites may not be known. (They may be known to the Israelis.) To complicate matters further Israel is trying to get Russia to not send a new air defense capability. It’s not faring well as it’s leaked out already by the Russians.
So the scenarios actually look bad and worse. A military attack would be complex and very much unlike the singular strike on Iraq’s one nuke site.
