I’m not a lawyer but I suspect there will be many more opportunities to kill this thing. I’ll keep my fingers crossed, but my gut tells me the chances of going to fruition are about as good as that of a UFO landing in Times Square.

Good point. I think I was talking about ayers and soros. The TOTUS-reader is evil because he allows himself to be controlled by evil.
I don’t know what ayers and soros will do in a biden presidency, but it won’t be just their hands up his butthole like now.
The big difference is that Biden does not even have as much of a suntan as Barry and hence cannot qualify as “black” by any stretch of the imagination; the race card, however phony it may be (because Obama is about as much of an “African American” as my pet goldfish), simply won’t be there. Without that, real American black people might start to think for themselves, and the white liberals also won’t feel that they’re atoning for being white by pretending to worship somebody they pretend is black.
Obama is not smart, he’s not a good speaker, and he has an unpleasant public personality; if he hadn’t been able to get himself considered “black,” he would never have gotten far at all. Personally, I don’t consider a white-looking guy with a suntan who happens to be the child of a white hippie and an African graduate student, brought up abroad, to be a black American, and one of the big parts of Obama’s fraud is that he was able to get people to buy into his “blackness” myth.

From what I hear, he's got US Marshalls guarding him. He's also a Marine vet who received a Purple Heart at Khe Sanh in Viet Nam. He can probably take care of himself.

The plaintiffs present evidence, and the defendants cry, “Wrong, untrue, believe us!” Obummer all the way, but yes, it is too much to hope that this will succeed. The appeals court — or maybe just one supreme court justice — will be purchased.
