I can’t get excited about this case. I really someone to explain this to me.
As far as I can tell, this case seems to claim that Obama was born in Kenya, based on the birth certificate obtained by Daniel Smith. The objective seems to be to force Obama to reveal his original long-form birth certificate under seal in Hawaii.
I expect that Obama’s legal team to discredit the Kenyan birth certificate, which makes it no longer necessary for Obama to unseal his long-form Hawaiian birth certificate.
If the Kenyan birth certificate were proved to be authentic and untouched, then Obama would have to present his Hawaiian birth certificate in an attempt to refute it. But that won’t happen. His legal team will prove the Kenyan BC to be false or fraudulent, and without a “smoking gun” that Obama was born oversea, there will be no further need for Obama to divulge the original long-form birth certificate.
What am I missing here. This is too easy...

Here’s a thought. If Obama is removed and Biden becomes president, then doesn’t that make Nancy Pelosi VP. Not at first thought that sounds terrifying...however, won’t she have less power as VP than as speaker of the house? In that case, couldn’t this be a good thing?

Sure, Dr. Orly makes mistakes. We all do. But Dr. Orly is no dummy. How many of us could go to a foreign country, learn 5 languages, establish a successful dental practice, a successful real estate business AND pass the California state bar- one of the hardest in the U.S. to pass?
She may be a ‘mail order’ attorney and not a Harvard lawyer, but she IS an attorney with all the rights and privilages of a Harvard lawyer nevertheless!
The point is; she has the passion, the zeal, the courage of her convictions and the love of America and its freedoms (unlike many of our ‘great’ attorneys and ‘patriots’ who criticize her) that will not let her give up!
She is exhausted. She is nervous. She is frustrated. It is reported that she gets by on 4-5 hours of sleep per night, and her family is very worried about her health- as well as her safety.
She makes mistakes. But she will NOT give up. She will keep on until she gets it right.
