ACORN has erected an elaborate web of front organizations that allow it to hide its influence and reach. I did a quick search of the internet using the New Orleans address of ACORN. Guess what I found? Almost three hundred organizations connected to ACORN. Well, I would like you to look at the following list of ACORN related organizations that share the same address as ACORN. TWO HUNDRED AND NINETY FOUR names. Got that?

This is a tangled web that defies the ability of any one person or organization to figure out who is working for whom. Carnival workers use three cups on a table to trick the public into guessing where they hid the pea. Here ACORN has 290 plus “cups” to use to hide their financial and organizational shenanigans.

The Agarwal Memo addressed the criminal provisions of RICO under 18 U.S.C.

§1962. The criminal RICO statute instructs:

It shall be unlawful for any person employed by or associated with any enterprise engaged in, or the activities of which affect, interstate or foreign commerce, to conduct or participate, directly or indirectly, in the conduct of such enterprise's affairs through a pattern of racketeering activity or collection of unlawful debt. 421

According to the Agarwal Memo, ACORN can be easily established as an “enterprise” under the RICO statute “as that term is defined to include ‘any individual, partnership, corporation, association, or other legal entity, and any union or group of individuals associated in fact although not a legal entity[.]’” 422 The Memo also held, “we should be able to demonstrate that [ACORN’s] racketeering constitutes a ‘pattern’ which, under the statute, is ‘at least two acts of racketeering activity,’” 423

The Agarwal Memo claimed ACORN’s activities constituted “racketeering” under §1341 (mail fraud) and §1343 (wire fraud) of the code. 424

As for ACORN itself, it makes me so angry to know that this is the same group that has received MILLIONS of taxpayer dollars via the "Stimulus bill" to continue their fraudulent activities and grow even larger... It's enough to make one physically ill thinking about it - especially after that undercover video about the child prostitution thing came out the other day... And it's American's tax dollars going to support these criminals...

The founder of ACORN, Wade Rathke, like Ayers, is a disciple of Saul Alinsky. Working for ACORN was an important step in Obama’s political career. An article by Professor David Walls directly connects Rathke’s ACORN to Alinsky, ACORN’s mission of pressuring banks to issue risky mortgages, and the alliance between ACORN and unions:

"ACORN, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, began in 1970 as a spin-off from the National Welfare Rights Organization, founded by George Wiley, who enlisted civil rights workers and trained them in an Alinsky-influenced program at Syracuse University.

ACORN is US GOVERNMENT "$corn-Fed" --- and they have only just begun to eat at the trough.

Already having received something like $53,000,000 --- million --- since 1994, they are slated to get BILLIONS more from the Porkulus bill.

No wonder the "powers that be" stopped John Conyers (Dem) from investigating. They need more time to shovel the money out the Stimulus door & get those dollars distributed and "disappeared" before anybody important gets indicted.
