I agree, those words should not have been said regardless of that fact that they represented the TRUTH in this case.
And Harry Reid's calling President Bush a "loser" in front of school kids wasn't?
To point out that someone is lying is a bad thing? To do otherwise is to sanction lying.
I read the article, most of the comments sound like they are coming from FReepers!
Proud to be living in the State that Mr Wilson hails from.
Will donate to his campaign.
Don’t be surprised if the state run media is trying to find some skeletons in his closet as I type this.

She’s like 25 years old and has a job description of PR for lawyers.
I bet she’s not even a parent.
You’re overly qualified to do an opinion like this, Amber . . .LMAO

The democrats had no problem with Clinton's oral sex in the White House with a young intern. So why are their panties in a wad over Wilson telling the truth?
Obama is the same sneak, cheat and liar that did not establish civility with the racist Gates incident. Obama set the tone maybe we should have a Moonshine summit in South Carolina
Joe Wilson, he should standup and clearly state based on this fact alone;
He is an elected American Representative, who was there being lied to. For he should say clearly without reservation while someone is lying or not telling the truth to the American public, he, Wilson, will not put up with it. He stands in between sneaks, cheats and liars to protect the American public for he has a duty and has taken an oath to protect.
Give me a brake.

A young mother of a very young child, who claims to know-it-all when it comes to parenting.
Actually, children are quite honest and will call you out in a lie just like Joe did.
A couple of sentences prior to Joe Wilson’s outburst, the president of the United States, the supposed great uniter, had referred to others who oppossed his plans as liars. It was our poor excuse for a president who set the bad example. Shame on him.
Obama set a bad example for kids by telling them he took drugs and neglected his studies. What are they supposed to think—hey, he screwed off and took drugs and he became President of the United States ... must not be such a big deal after all.
Cash in the freezer? Maybe not. Wearing small animals in lieu of having hair? And then spending 7 years in the big house? Maybe not. Driving home drunk from a boat outing and drowning an aide? No, not that either.
Face it. Congresscritters shouldn't be emulated at all.

Oh, I seriously doubt very many kids were watching Zero's propaganda the other night. I'd be willing to bet that the majority of those watching were the kids of conservative parents who were arming them against Obama's lies. By contrast, the school speech would have reached millions of kids.
No way was "You lie!" detrimental to middle and high school kids. If anything, they got a front seat to history, witnessing the brave, lone voice of dissent surrounded by Zero, Pop-up Pelosi, Jumpin' Joe Biden, and their deranged ilk.
