The National Newspaper Publishers Association (NNPA), also known as the Black Press of America, which is a non-partisan 501(c) 3 tax-exempt organization, has decided to show its disapproval of South Carolina Rep. Joe Wilson's "You Lie" remarks by canceling a convention in the state.

"Rep. Wilson's remarks were racist, disrespectful and a disingenuous violation - not only of President Obama - but to the institution of the presidency and only solidified our position and the importance in not spending Black dollars where Black people are not respected," NNPA Chairman Danny J. Bakewell Sr. said in a statement.

“Black Press of America, which is a non-partisan...”

#####

Nope.

Not even close.

The biggest racists in America today are black.

Hands down.

Was Rep. Joe Wilson telling the truth about Barack Obama? Of course. ObamaCare will indeed cover illegals because there is no screening to weed out illegals.

South Carolina always has boycotts. It is no wonder that they have the largest unemployment in the United States (well they might be third now since two states have recently were higher). However, why South Carolina and not any other state is picked on is a mystery.

It just proves the liberals’ die-hard belief that if you oppose Obama on anything, you are a racist.

“Rep. Wilson’s remarks were racist, disrespectful and a disingenuous violation - not only of President Obama - but to the institution of the presidency and only solidified our position and the importance in not spending Black dollars where Black people are not respected”

How is calling a liar what he is, racist?

When did our nation start printing “black dollars?”

When will these people settle on what to call themselves, black or African American, PICK ONE.

Amazing. People who will be affected by that decision are more likely black business owners than Rep. Wilson. And calling the interjection ‘racist’ is just plain foolish.

"Rep. Wilson's remarks were racist, disrespectful and a disingenuous violation - not only of President Obama - but to the institution of the presidency

These people are dumber than dirt. Even when they can draft their statement in their leisure they can't formulate an opinion that makes sense, much less blows spittle. So, disrespect of the office of the institution of the presidency is racist?

Thanks for validating that all the democrats who booed when George Bush spoke of rescuing SSI are racists. We knew it already but you validated it.
