Because our courts are stupid? Any court the fines someone for self defense has a bad judge sitting on it. Yes, bullies need to be beaten silly if at all possible. However, in a gang situation such as this you need help. the victim didn't fight back much because he knew he was alone in a mob. Fighting back would most likely have ended up with him dead. The courts need to come down hard on these students and early on, in the lower grades, something needs to be done to counter act the victim mentality of blacks that causes this type of behavior as they get older. Right now Bozo is encouraging this type action, the whole idea of the media and other lefties screaming racist at everyone is to foment racial unrest in the blacks, not to upset us. They want to see a massive race war, they want to be able to use force to stop it. They have their little plan but it won't work the way the think, it will backfire on them.
Throw the thugs off the bus and into a cell where they belong.

I was there for a year in the late 1970s and was unimpressed.

Yeah right. They will recommend your child go to private school. They are already getting paid whether you attend or not.
School officials live off of plausible deniability. “I had no idea”. They hate to be educated and will resist violently any attempt to do it. If you really want to irritate someone, point out something obvious they are trying hard to ignore. School officials HATE to hear about bullying.
If you turn this incident from a race matter to a bullying matter, the school officials will try to turn it back to a race matter because that is easier to fight. “The racists are trying to stir up ....”.
