"Since she claimed on the video to have killed her husband, two San Bernardino police homicide detectives interviewed her at the office Tuesday. Police said they have been in contact with Kaelke's former husbands and the homicide claims do not appear accurate.
"'At this point, we can't prove that there's anything to her statement,' said San Bernardino police Sgt. Dave Dillon. 'We can't show that ever happened.'
"One of her ex-husbands, Ronald Kaelke, 66, of Newberry Springs, said he was unaware of any investigation or that his ex-wife had made any claims of murder.
"The couple divorced in 1987, but attempted to reconcile and lived together from 2002 to 2005, Ronald Kaelke said in a telephone interview. In 2007, the couple traded allegations of domestic violence and received separate restraining orders against each other, he said.
"'As far as her murdering an ex-husband, that's news to me,' Ronald Kaelke said. 'She's definitely got problems and goes off the wall sometimes.'"

In a former life I spent a lot of time in the inner city, and that kind of totally amoral behavior is very common and routine. Anything that screws over Mister Charley and his laws is not only permissible but almost mandatory to retain membership in the blood.

I doubted her “murder” story. I also doubted her claim that she had been a prosititute. Perhaps she could have earned $100, but it would have taken 1,000 desperate guys lined up and paying more than they thought she was worth for her to reach that total.
It sounds as though they've been able to debunk. My hub said when we first started watching this videotape, even before she got to the *confession* part, that she was saying this stuff to impress, he's heard people, women, do this kind of talk before. When we got to the killing story, he said, "No way, no one is stupid enough to confess to pre-meditated murder to people she doesn't know like that."
It was a rhetorical flourish.
I wasn't clear on her claiming to have actually done that, but understood her to have run an escort service, sort of like the Mayflower Madam. That's why I thought her hero would be Fleiss, that one didn't go out, she made a ton of money sending other girls out.

Boy! Is that all you are gonna write to me? I wish you would e-mail me or something! Fill me in on you and yours and how you are doing these days. By your pictures I can tell you have been keeping yourself pretty busy. You sure are doing a great job raising those 3 boys of yours. They are growing up so fast and what lil’ hunks they are. You should be very proud of yourself Tammy. I know I am. Although I have always believed in you and your unconditional loving heart. That is very much a Berhow quality as well as a Parten. So you have twice as much compassion and joy than most. Keep up the great work and keep in touch with your oldest and favorite cuz’! If that is still true than don’t be such a stranger. I miss you so much my heart hurts. But the abundance of unconditional love I have for you is what keeps me strong enough to cope with the distance we have between us. Cause I would give anything to be in your life everyday. The memories we could have and be able to look back on. We both love to laugh and make others laugh. That is a quality I am so thankful for.
