The EPA is looking to change the landscape of America, quite literally with its "water conservation program," reports Wendy Bounds, The Wall Street Journal.

De-fund and ABOLISH the EPA.....
It was arguably needed at its beginning, but its purpose has been completely turned on its head.
well they did a great job beginning with the farmers in california...big ol dust bowl there....
Abolish this marxist bureaucracy and jail the bastards running it.

“Water conservation”?!? What do they think water otherwise turns into? Are they not aware of the water cycle?
I can see that some parts of the country, i.e. California, have issues with water shortages. I live in Iowa; water is plentiful, clean, and cheap here, and there’s absolutely no reason or need to “conserve” it.
They need to be dis-banded.
We passed the EPA building when marched in DC on Saturday. I pointed to it and told my son that it was a monstrosity of wasted tax-payer money.
(I probably should have said that about every government agency building in DC!)
Sure we can. It's called "evaporation" followed by "condensation". AKA "rain."
What happens when I "waste" it? It evaporates, forms into clouds, and falls as rain. "Using" water does not destroy it.

Water—a renewable resource!
All public water resources have been destroyed due to water vapor being a greenhouse gas and due to the release of dangerous dihydrogen monoxide molecules.
EPA has ruled that capture of rainfall for the purpose of drinking, washing, or watering will be illegal. All water must be turned in to the government. Swimming is now illegal.
All urine must be turned in as well.
Water will be put on the list of pollutants. All water is now government property and will be stored in giant caverns to be dug with stimulus money.
The Great Lakes will be drained into the caverns as well and public housing will be built in the basins.
All farming and ownership of animals is henceforth illegal.
Muslims, for religious purposes, are exempt from all rulings. The same applies to the President, his family and friends, and all members of Congress past and present. Union members, all African-Americans, and gay/lesbians are also exempt. This does not apply to the military.
Those with multiple exemptions may sell these exemptions.
Citizens are asked to turn in anyone who appears to have water or who is doing anything fishy.
The friggin planet's surface if 75% water! They want to make more?
