Coming from the outside and living in Baltimore City my immediate reaction was how can places like this exist in the United States? I unfortunately had a birds eye view when drug lords in East Baltimore burned the Dawson family to death. The Dawson’s sin was trying to take back their neighborhood from the druggies. A sword? Every non-criminal in Charm City should be issued an Uzi and given a training lesson for its use upon entering the city limits. I’d bet the crime rate would drop to near zero.
I’d just let the druggies run wild. As long as they’re only killing each other, it makes for great front porch entertainment. An occasional LEO beating one to death would be even more fun.
