Taking patients from a hospital for the criminally insane on a field trip to a state fair, seems, well, crimnal and insane.

Someone needs to be held criminally responsible for this. Feel good psychologists are putting everyone in harms way because they are too stupid to recognize they are being conned by a psychopath.

Sad that it is a state hospital. Govts can maim and mutilate, but are rarely if ever held to acount. If anything, citizens and taxpayers will suffer. The unionized state employees will not.

Note who lost him- unionized state workers. They are trying to blame someone else. In the Phillip Paul incident, the hospital workers on the scene at the fair, as they were instructed to do, notified their chain of command within two to three minutes of discovering Paul’s escape.

Now I have to be wary of country fairs, parks etc. . I have to hope that the person next to me isn't violently INSANE. Wonder how much this costs taxpayers - these “field trips”?
