A Times Square protest outside the windows of Good Morning America. If there are enough people, a secondary protest at the Today show would work well too.
The windows are wide open for both those shows.

But what we really need is for those of you who live in states that have Initiative and Referendum to gather signatures for laws that reduce taxes on ordinary folks and put taxes on newsprint and on network affiliated TV and Radio stations. With all of the enthusiasm we have, now is the time to do it. The power to tax is the power to destroy and it is time we used it.
The liberal media wouldn’t cover 1.5 million people showing up in Manhattan, but FOX would.

I would participate in a Times Square event. Is any one working on it? I expect organized demonstrations must be sanctioned by the city. What is the process and what does it cost?

I’d like to see this ‘campaign’ include the boycotting of ALL Obama TV....whatever station he’s on, turn it, or turn it off...even if FOX is showing him. Enough already...he’s had WAY to much free face time to spread his lies.
This project is a waste of time. People need to stop obsessing with what the socialist media thinks. The growing tea party rallies since February along with falling ratings prove they don’t have influence on Conservatives.

I strongly disagree. I was in DC. The media coverage was very biased, BUT we did have a serious impact, and our message and numbers did get out. They all smile and act like we aren't there, but I GUARANTEE there were some very tight sphincters in Democrat conferences on 9/12 and after. We shocked the heck out of them. As evidenced by the very vehement, ugly and public denials of our attendance.
Methinks the (Democrat) lady doth protest too much.
They got the guns, but we got the numbers. Constant pounding is paying off. It's is even helping (a little) put some spine into Republican rhetoric in congress. At least the house. The Senate Pubblies will need an addadicktome operation.
A substantial turnout for this operation will have an effect. This is a REVOLUTION. You can't crap out after 6 months, you need to be in for the long haul.

Ditto for Central Florida FReepers. I know people there who I can get to participate if we can get a location going. Someone needs to contact the Orlando area Tea Party group.
Did anyone see the suck coverage the 4/15 Party got at Lake Eola? 6,000 participants and the two local TV stations referred to it as a couple of hundred. You need to go after one of them.
How about one in Fort Worth or Dallas — I live in Norman, OK, but would be glad to drive down for that event.
I’ll keep tuned to see about the Chicago event, or anything closer to home. But yes, Chicago is encouraging.
I am in the mid-cities and have not heard of anything yet. Meekone~any freeping of local presstitutes?

Fox needs to dump O’Reilly and put Glenn beck on in his time slot.
While it would be great for us, there is no reason for Fox to do so. They have their cake and the ability to eat it too since both are demolishing the competition and seem to have their ego’s in check. What incentive does Fox have for upsetting the delicate genius, Mr. Fair and balanced? None.

The tea party folks should be aware that the sidewalks in Rock Center are not public. You need permission from Rock Center, which they are not about to get. They tell you you can stand in the street, which is public. I found this out when I counterprotested near Christmas 2001. The lefties had permission. I was told to get off the private sidewalk.
