"EU funding 'Orwellian' artificial intelligence plan to monitor public for "abnormal behaviour" The European Union is spending millions of pounds developing "Orwellian" technologies designed to scour the internet and CCTV images for "abnormal behaviour"."
SNIPPET: "A five-year research programme, called Project Indect, aims to develop computer programmes which act as "agents" to monitor and process information from web sites, discussion forums, file servers, peer-to-peer networks and even individual computers. Its main objectives include the "automatic detection of threats and abnormal behaviour or violence"."

It is seeking to develop models of "suspicious behaviour" so these can be automatically detected using CCTV and other surveillance methods. The system would analyse the pitch of people's voices, the way their bodies move and track individuals within crowds."

Well, sort of stopping it before it’s installed, the populace can resort to street theatre, a revival of flash-mobs, and feigning random individual “abnormal” behaviours on an hourly basis to overload the system.
I’m far more afraid of the government than I am a bunch of ragheads with homemade explosives.
In the meantime European nations can not even reduce the ever increasing rape of infidels in the streets.
Europeans allow them keep cranking it up. They have no idea what is behind it -socialism. They don’t have free speech so they are not alowed original observation and thought to share with one another. In Europe there is socialist and communist. Sad.
The government is supposed to protect us from the ragheads.
The UK is doing so badly they make the U.S. look good by comparison.
So what is to stop this program from scanning, probing and monitoring websites, networks or computers that are not in the EU?
Abnormal behavior includes working for a living and causing global warming.
Seems to me the muzzies are used as pawns more often than not for political purposes.

I plan to act suspicious enough to make the computers curious, but not so much as to appear “abnormal” ...
For example, I will drive an SUV, but have all Compact florescent lighting in my bunker compound ...
I will only flush after a “big event”, but I will leave a faucet dripping for the cats to drink out of ...
I will be all for any government program designed to help people, but only if it can be proven to work better than private sector alternatives.
This sort of complexity confuses the computers and the social engineers ...

Hmph. They seem pretty universally antagonistic and violent against just about every possible aspect of Western civilization to me. What's a "more often" example of "pawn"?
We all know how our government, under Clinton, enlisted Al Qaeda to fight against CHRISTIANS in the Balkans. And of course the origins of Al Qaeda during Operation Cyclone. It just seems to me every time there’s pressure on the government, some kind of flimsy terror warning comes out (today’s terror color is magenta BTW). Hell, the FBI had an informant inside the blind sheik’s inner circle and knew about the plan to bomb the WTC a year before it happened.
