Judge Napolitano On Forced Vaccinations In Massachusetts (New Law On H1N1 For Adults & Even Children
YouTube ^ | 9/22/09 | TheChannelOfLiberty

[Judge Napolitano speaking]:

"Both houses of the legislature have enacted this law, and once Governor Deval Patrick signs it, and he says that he will, it will become the law, and it will allow him to declare an emergency, and once he declares an emergency, he can authorize non-health care personnel, read that to mean police, to vaccinate people against their will.

Now can they force adults to take vaccination? No. They will incarcerate adults without a trial, without charges, without even a search warrant who refuse to be vaccinated; this is what the statute authorizes. The staute also authorizes police to remove children from adults, vaccinate them against the will of the child, the will of the parents..."

“he can authorize non-health care personnel, read that to mean police, to vaccinate people against their will”

Doesn’t this violate something or other, besides Natural Law?

Everything the Judge said is right....including revolting against this.

The elitist/fascists/communists, or whatever they may be called, are asking for a fight.

This video needs to go viral.

No one but FOX NEWS is reporting on this, as far as I can tell.

Yep thats just what we need people from Acorn giving those in the state vaccinations. That could help out the unemployed, put them to work in the medical field..That would be time to take the locks off the guns and open the ammo box if it were me or my children (luckily they are adults now)

Unconstitutional law, not even close to constitutional.

They have to get sufficient doses of the Vaccine on hand, first. There are some places that aren’t even doing the REGULAR Flu Vaccinations yet, because they don’t have sufficient supplies.

If the governor sighns this bill, I expect an increase in private firearms ownership.

I suggest that you read a history of the 1917 and 1918 flu epidemic.

Personally, if there is ever a flu similar to 1917, our family will get vaccinated and ( in addition) we will not leave the house, or allow any visitors, until the epidemic is over.

This is being discussed in Maine.

Representative Doug Thomas, District 24 has submitted a bill that would prohibit mandatory vaccinations.

Employees in health related fields are already being told that they won’t have a job if they don’t get vaccinated.

Won’t they sooner or later get sufficient doses?

Isn’t that why Deval Patrick and both houses in Massachusetts are getting this done now before and when they get sufficient doses?

I have studied them extensively.

Does prior history, though, allow unconsitutional law to be enacted now and potentially forced upon adults and even children?

Most likely, this law will be put on hold and then struck down as unconstitutional before any trouble starts.

“I suggest that you read a history of the 1917 and 1918 flu epidemic.”

Way overblown, no one in either mine or my wife's families got the flu in 1918. That's over 60 people.

We know these things:

- Hussein believes you should never let a good crisis go to waste.
- Hussein is desperate to pass the healthcare bill.
- A panic/crisis over the flu would work in his favor.

So, even if this flu may be a legit concern, who can believe Hussein’s administration? He lies more than Al Gore. I can’t believe that this is an issue. Maybe I’ll be sorry later, but I’m already sorry about having to live in this country with him as president, so... whatever.
