"Would this be sufficient for Orly Taitz to answer Judge Lands imposed fine of $10,000?" Huh? What does one have to do with the other?

His statement gives legitimacy to the growing questions of Obama’s birth. Was he born in Kenya or Hawaii? Did he renounce his Kenyan birthright and/or if he did when?
Orly has been possibly fined $10,000.00 for bringing an allegedly frivolous case questioning Obama’s birth certificate. She needed further proof that her case is not frivolous.
Or at least as I understand it.

"His statement gives legitimacy to the growing questions of Obamas birth." Again, what's that got to do with Orly's fine?

"Orly has been possibly fined $10,000.00 for bringing an allegedly frivolous case questioning Obamas birth certificate. She needed further proof that her case is not frivolous." OK, this isn't right. She isn't being fined for bringing a frivolous case. The fine is for filing a frivolous motion, doing exactly what the judge warned her not to do, and in which she accused the judge of various charges, including treason.
Defense against the fine does not involve proving her case isn't frivolous, and no evidence concerning Obama would be relevant. The fine is for Orly's own behavior.

"Can the U.S. guarantee after Obama that they'll be a government? We're happy and content if he can stay forever." No. We wouldn't be. See tagline.
