President Obama's Agenda Would Bring $13 Trillion in Budget Deficits, Not $9 Trillion
The Heritage Foundation ^ | September 22, 2009 | Brian M. Riedl

Abstract: President Obama's budget will likely produce $13 trillion in deficit spending over the next 10 years--nearly $4 trillion more than forecast. The White House figures are based on unrealistic estimates of discretionary spending, interest payments, and interest rates. The White House also used budget gimmicks to hide the full cost of certain entitlements and failed to account for the full costs of cap-and-trade energy legislation and health care reform.

Bill Clinton? If not for the Republican congress we would have had deficits throughout his presidency.

Oh wait, actually we never did have a surplus. All the “surplus” was actually off the book deficits.

The Republic is doomed. Wilson, FDR, and Nixon were three of the architects.

I know, I know. Mine was an expression of extreme disgust. I have no affection or respect for either Clinton. Let me spell it out. Obama is so horribly bad, so over the top, that he is even worse than Clinton.
Only on freerepublic is it necessary to label sarcasm as such. Which I find an insult to the intelligent. It’s like telling people that your joke is funny. If people don’t get it....
