About quite a few issues, Bush was not a good guy. This is one of them, along with immigration policy and the presecription drug debacle.
Ill wait till I hear it from him ....no telling what he said about cap and trade..he might have just looked at the possibility ...There is a long way from saying you like something and actually doing it

He fibbed when he said he was, and he did not give proper consideration to conservative policy or individuals in appointments.
Like his father, he believed in big government solving problems, big spending, and the "new world order".
His failure to expose and prosecute Marxist and Islamic subversion and treason is his largest failure in life.
I’m not aware of what hie prescription drug policy was or how it was wrong. Please enlighten me.
