Taking the Green Car Challenge on Thursday night's Jay Leno Show, a svelte Rush Limbaugh -- declining to don a helmet -- hopped into the electric Ford Focus on Leno's track behind his NBC studio in Burbank, but instead of driving around the hanging cut outs of Al Gore and Ed Begley Jr., Limbaugh ran right into them.
Then, to Leno's cries of Oh, c'mon!, a delighted Limbaugh accepted the penalty against his time score and stopped, backed up and smashed into them again. Limbaugh's maneuvering ensured a lower score (greater time) than the three previous contestants since Leno's show debuted last week: Drew Barrymore, Al Michaels and Bob Costas

LOL!
Excellent. I would have preferred the Elk hunting course.
LOL. Gotta love Rush.
...but there's more work to be done...

But better ratings.
Note to NBC: Since Limbaugh's spoken for, find a way to air Johnny Carson re-runs.
Watched just to see Rush. He had a huge grin when he hit algore. I wonder how much GE paid itself to run commercials on NBC?
*sigh* No doubt this will lead to more pontificating from the left on the “uncivility” that was never around when Bush was president.
does not matter how much...in the end it would be a wash.

Rush probably gave Leno the best ratings he’s had since the debut. I didn’t realize Leno was such a big lib.
Rush did more than that . . . he ran over Leno’s liberal arguments defending zero and the Dems. The audience applauded Rush several times but Leno mostly got the silent treatment.
It was a beautiful thing to behold!
Video of Rush’s interview is at:

Hillary looks like she’s enjoying being slapped around a little too much in that picture.
Rush ran over a cardboard cutout of Al Gore, which is indistinguishible from running over the real thing.
...ensuring that the only mention of this will be the "humorous" (LibTranslation: "mean-spirited attack") bit about running over Gore...they won't report the part where he demolished the Left's arguements.
Personally, I don’t think Ed Begley deserved to be run over. He loves his view of the environment, he lives the way he speaks, he doesn’t seem to try to force his views on the rest of us, he is instead trying to persuade people to live differently.
Whether you agree with his choices or not, isn’t that what we really want in this country, people trying to persuade others how to live, instead of persuading government to force their way on us?
