Incorrigible, I promise to do that for you.
If you were to be so unlucky, can I have your remaining ammo?
Imagine if in response to AIDS deaths you would say something like that! So I guess a good response would be, “That is a good point. So we could save a lot of the money we spend on AIDS research based on that same analysis. Since 60,000 people will die in car accidents...?”
And FREE on bail????
LOL. Ditto that. I take NJ transit into the city every day. I've be on high alert since 9/11. I never stop checking my surroundings. I notice that the PATH is under extra scrutiny lately.
“Hydrogen peroxide? Hell, I use that to clean my teeth.
These people sure dont like NYC.”
They love us. Always coming back for more aren’t they? (I get bad feeling about this stuff. Really bad.)
Nail polish remover and also the only thing that will take crazy glue off your fingers..
“Oh, great: 8 million NYers in the city and the FBI wouldve just let him drive on in to implement the bomb plot. But because Obama was in the city, they actually had to move in to disrupt it. Jeesh!”
Let’s be fair. The stated reason factually is because the imam was a double agent. He ratted out the Feds to the Afghan terrorist.
He'll go direclty to the Caribbean for some R&R on the beach. He won't even have to stop at Gitmo first.
He was trying to blond everybody?
The mad blonder.
I just can’t get excited over this bust...Dad gets out on an unsecured 50k bond...The imamam is grinning. I’m just not getting this....
“After this capture I heard a real liberal say I guess there really are terrorists but 60 thousand people die a year in car accidents
On a local forum here, I saw someone post exactly that and on Sept. 11th.
If that wasn’t bad enough, they then reposted and included tobacco.
This guy responded how he wanted to meet the person, kill them and run over their dead corpse repeatedly.
Although I didn’t share the sentiment, I understand exactly where the guy was coming from. Ended the discussion on that 9-11 thread. And fast.
I guess he wanted to make New York look like Los Angeles. (nothing but blondes)
Nail polish remover is the usual use for acetone.
Thanks everyone! My wife promises she won’t be one of those anti-war “Jersey Girls” that got all the press blaming President Bush after 9/11. She’ll be out there calling for vengeance and blaming President Obama! Probably won’t get much press despite multiple disabilities.
And Gator, I wish I could say you’d have to pry the ammo from my wife’s “cold dead hands” but she’s not much of a gun person and the only shooting I do is at the range. New Jersey is not much for personal handgun ownership you know!
And Jersey177, take a look at those fans over the steps on the new double decker rail cars on NJT. They’re sucking air in and not part of the regular HVAC of the car. I haven’t asked but I figure it’s part of an air sniffing system.
Barack Obama should seek some face time with Jeremiah Wright and ask him if this TOO was “chickens coming home to roost” and what our President should’ve done differently in the past 7 months to not make this terrorist hate us so.
The Tang bomb works by breaking an oxygen off the H2O2. Probably the sugar and/or citric acid act as a catalyst. This releases a huge amount of oxygen inside a fairly strong container, such as a 2-liter beverage bottle. They can take upwards of 200 psi. When it blows, the rapidly moving gases and particles of plastic can cause some serious damage to people nearby. But they aren’t on the scale of a good TAPT bomb.
Bombs generally work by generating large amounts of gases very rapidly inside strong containers to build up high pressures. The container fails catastrophically, suddenly releasing gases that travel at high speeds along with pieces of the container.
