I wonder what kind of chaos the folks at the sight of the waco attack 2 years prior felt after they were unlawfully attacked?
Lets not forget the OKC bombing was the direct result of the governments aggression and not an isolated event by a couple (or more) people, unconnected to other events.
Waco did not justify the murder of innocents that day. It justified revolt at the ballot box. Things like Waco do ultimately lead you into an actual insurrection if the ballot box fails, but they never justify murder of innocents.
Read McVeighs book, *he* said he went there, saw the day care center, and knew it would be full, he saw other normal people were going in to do normal business at a federal office. He said this was part of his plan to murder them.
McVeigh and Nichols were no better than a VC murdering a teacher in Hue, or a suicide bomber in Iraq hitting a wedding, or a palestinian walking into an Israeli pizza joint.
Their “liberty” talk, and talk of the constitution, was an excuse. Wonder what Jefferson, Madison, Washington, or Franklin would say about cowards murdering a bunch of preschoolers, old people, and secretaries in their name?
>>the direct result of the governments aggression
OKC was the directly result of methamphetamine fueled stupidity.
All it ultimately accomplished were dead pre-schoolers, a new and improved Federal Building in OKC, and an even more out of control government Bureaucracy that used said stupidity as justification for inching further toward the police state that human governance, by human nature, ALWAYS tends toward.
