You certainly don't want to be speaking to a con over the phone, would you?
Economic fascism -- business and government work together so that each can help the other.
And that 9.7% unemployment rate? You workers better suck it up. The prisons are full of people who will work for practically nothing. Ha! Ha!
Right. Like I want to be giving my Credit Card number to a woman who is behind bars for Identity theft?
Unbelievable. This was used on the HBO show OZ years ago and now it’s here in real life.
Just one more reason to hang up on telemarketers.
(As if I needed one.)
This is such a bad idea on so many levels....
Why outsource the call centers? Telemarketing? A person could readily stand this up so profit could cover expenses of keeping the boys and give them some income....
Imagine, success could give the cons some positive social skills.... meaning, gratification and something to do once they were out.
But then again you could have a whole generation of Madoffs!
This was an underlying story line in the moviie “Spitfire Grill”. An inmate from the South (for murder) was incarcerated in Vermont, and she fielded calls about vacation destinations in the state of Vermont. She became so enamored with Vermont (or perhaps it was Maine) as a destination that when she was released she decided to live there and was assigned by her parole agent to work for an elderly diner owner where she made many friends. Good movie. Sad ending.
The Obamunist gets to claim he created jobs and the companies get to enjoy slave labor (soon to be filled by all his right-wing domestic terrorists) in the United States of America...we're not near as free as we like to believe.
Nothing new really. Not real smart but it is what it is.
As long as the telemarketing doesn’t involve giving personal information, I’m okay with it.
It’s all a part of reducing the population by giving criminals your name and address so that they can come rob and kill you when they get out of jail.
There’s always an upside to madness, you know?
