We had a situation here at work when a convicted sex offender was hired. The Temp agency did not do a full background check before they sent him to us. Months later we hired him full time. Well a co-worker came across his name on the “Megans Law”. We notified corporate and they came down and fired him. My boss said “that was a long time ago, he was young”.
