It is mucho harder now finding Voice audio .wavs on GOOGLE than when Bill Clinton was in office - at least until his 2nd term

Even now it is easy to find Hillary’s Cackle audio - I have that one - looped it can drive you Bonkers in Yonkers

I always wondered where people manage to get the voice audios unless a site posts it.

In all my searches I never see current audio. Lots of old stuff, especially from TV and advertisements.

There is apparently more than one version of this floating around. I watched this on Breitbart.com earlier this morning, and there were huge, bold captions right in the center of the screen every time the word “Obama” was allegedly heard.

I have listened to this many times. In some places I do hear what sounds like three “syllables,” but only because several people are saying “O God” at different times. I can very clearly hear the final “D” every time.

Did you check the posting date of these helpful commenters?

For the record, it sounded like "Obama" the first time or two, then a louder "Oh God" after that (some people trying to drown out the Obama with their neighbors, perhaps?) then a mix of "Oh God" and "Obama".

Your mileage may vary.
