Levin should take Beck to court if his work was stolen. Levin is a decent lawyer, right?
Otherwise, he should quit whining about it and spreading nebulous rumors about alleged, but never specified, plagiarism.
Endless rumor mongering, without closure in a court of law, is not fair to Beck or Levin.
In the name of Justice, bring the charges or stop repeating them!
Good point, but I don’t think it can be plagiarism without it being in print.
Could be wrong on this though.
However, I will agree that the internecine BS has to stop.
I do think Levin has a legitimate gripe, but needs to handle it better.
I do think that Beck co-opts others work for self-promotion and needs to dial that part of his ego back.
I’m not sure about the allegations of Levin being a bulldog for Hannity because Hannity is threatened by Beck, however, anything is possible.
All of that said, the best thing would be for everyone to grow the F up and conclude this.
Either call Beck out with evidence or bring him into the fold.
Again, the best thing I think to resolve the problem is for Beck to use his big microphone to interview Levin on his book. He can easily do a special on gross media bias. He can even say, your book is one of my favorite references.
If that were to happen, I think a lot of this nonsense will be over with.
Not one thing is wrong with that. This however....

Funny I think Mark “The Whiner” Levin co-opts the works of others. I don’t hear Levin giving any credit to Hamilton, Madison, and Jay (Collectively Publius) for the things Levin writes or says, or any of the Founding Fathers for that matter. I don’t hear him giving props to Locke, Burke, Buckley, or Paine. In fact, I really haven’t heard The Whiner say anything that hasn’t been said before.

Levin is just Hannity with a brain.

Exactly right. If Levin refuses to force the issue, it’s because he prefers the charges to hang over Beck’s head without giving him a chance to clear the air.
Any lawyer can write a Cease & Desist letter. Hell, anybody can. Levin should be able to do this sleepwalking.
That he has not is very revealing of his motivations.
