I'm in a tough spot on this one.

I can easily foresee a contingency when mandatory vaccination would be reasonable and prudent.

This isn't it.

H1N1 influenza is milder than "regular" influenza, has lower hospitalization and case fatality rates, and the experience in the Southern Hemisphere winter, now ending, was unremarkable.

The ways and means by which this minor event has become a major news story, not to mention an open door for coercive government policy, is quite an interesting story by itself.

Does NJ have a religious exemption to vaccination? If so, how can this be mandatory?

I’m guessing not very many WILL, but every parent who does NOT want their child to receive this shot should immediately pull their child out of school and homeschool.

No one has ever proven that flu vaccines make the slightest difference. Each study I’ve seen has inconclusive results. This is just medical imperialism at the behest of the drug companies who pocket billions through this coercion.

Did you see FOX this AM....the state of New York is doing this to doctors, nurses, all health care workers....mandatory H1N1

Today the health care workers were in Albany protesting this....(the reporter said it reminded her of the Tea Party protests)

The doctors, nurses, etc were told if they didn't take the shot, they would be fired!!
