It’s really amazing how the Left has always embraced fascism. Am reading (and highly recommend) Jonah Goldberg’s book “Liberal Fascism”, which traces the roots of the Left’s love affair with fascism. Every day I see more evidence of it - always the idea that the State is our savior - truly creepy and frightening.

If you read trading with the enemy and other books from 2nd world war the left were and are a bunch of Fascist. They loved Mussolini and backed Fascist Germany too.
