"What's the frequency Kenneth?"
Rather is going to prove Bush went AWOL. LOL! I bet that $5 million in legal bills hurts plus your reputation is toast.

Rather cited new documents CBS had obtained, but the authenticity of the documents later came under attack. Nice white washing.
The documents were PROVEN to be falsified.

Excellent.
Rather is the epitome of the worst generation of urinalists in the last century, though by contemporary urinalistic standards he is just another pisser in the pissoir that constitutes the current main stream press and associated media.

"What's the frequency Kenneth?" Right about now Gunga Dan is lost in a bottle of vodka, and can't hear his own frequency through his sobbing.
Hey Dan, I got an idea, call Maureen Dowd, she's been there many times, and you can cry on her shoulder.

He should appeal the dismissal to the state supreme court. That will run him another $2 million. Heh, heh, heh.
To: 17th Miss Regt
Agreed. Dan should really appeal and fight it. He has a good case. LOL!

The attorney won and now is trying to get more out of him.
Rather's lawyer, Martin Gold, said he was "extremely disappointed" in the decision and would appeal it to the Court of Appeals, New York's highest court.

I’m on board. I have an old Adler typewriter for producing evidence to support his case! And a couple of ancient versions of Word!
