Keillor periodically suggests cutting off healthcare to Republicans. He must not be aware of just who it is who provides the healthcare.

Replace 'Republican' with black and see what happens.

Why not make a trade?

We give up national health care and Democrats give up national defense?

Good luck defending yourselves Blue States!

Stinking Marxist thug. And my tax dollars pay his salary.

Defund the Left. End taxpayer support of public broadcasting state media.

By what authority would anyone, including the government, be able to “cut off” health care to anyone, let alone “GOP”ers?

Many years ago, I enjoyed his radio show. Fortunately, his liberalism turned me off and I’ve been spared hearing or reading any of these sick words.

Lulz, libtards stuck on stupid.

The frakin idoitic morons have the majority in the House and Senate and can’t pass their beloved socialistic healthcare initiative. But yeah, please continue to blame the Repubs and make denial further en vogue among Libtards.

This dude just doesn’t get it does he? Even if we were all cut off, some of us would learn to become doctors and begin providing services to those denied. Come to think of it, this may not be a bad idea, having a separate health system for conservatives; I bet our insurance costs would plummet.

Thirty-two percent of the population identifies with the GOP, and if we cut off health care to them, we could probably pay off the deficit in short order.

Dear Idiot:

You would be cutting off the people who do the work.

Your deficit would skyrocket.

Go back to picking apples or whatever you think you do.

“...Republicans should be cut out of the health-care system entirely and simply provided with aspirin and hand sanitizer...”

Does that mean I am also cut out of having to pay for it? Then I’m in! I mean out.

I think most Republicans would be glad to decide how to spend their own money on their own healthcare. I’d opt for HSA and catastrophic insurance.

These people are idiots. Lets trade. Republicans don’t have to have government healthcare if they don’t have to pay for it.

Enough with the shrieking.

Funny. That's all I heard throughout your entire diatribe against conservatives.

Will this apply to a doctor who is a Republican? Will he be allowed to treat himself, or would his personal Commissar beat him down if he tries to?

Could the government agency which determines if you have any nasty "Republican" tendencies which decides if you live or die be called a "Death Panel"?

Will Garrison Keillor be willing to personally use force up to and including killing any doctor or Republican who tries to have back alley chemotherapy?

What would the difference between people joining the Democrat Party to be able to get treatment and people joining the Communist Party to be able to get a job or an apartment in Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union?

And they claim we're divisive, intolerant, and want to start a civil war.

I’d be all for giving republicans the option not to participate (pay into or receive benefits form) centralized healthcare, but of course, that’s not what he advocates, because like all marxists, the real goal is not really to provide for the people, but to steal from the collective individuals in order to promote the interests of the group... or in other words, spread the misery.
