Soooo, Dan the man stands behind his Bush hit piece in '04. O.K. The story was well researched, it was not biased, it was not timed politically and it just happened to break within a week of a closely contested presidential election. OKAY. And besides, the source and the timing were all dictated from higher ups at CBS. YEA, RIGHT. Dan, Why don't you quietly go home and await the NY appeals court ruling on your 70 million dollar lawsuit against your former employer. You are so past your "Use By Date".
P.S. I'd like to start a petition to send Shep back to Oxford, and have more Cavuto. Any thoughts?

Was there ever prosecution of the man who created the forged document “written” and “signed” by a member of the US military?

I think his lawsuit was already dismissed by the court, maybe last week or so. On all counts.

He may be a deluded fool but he has more “courage” than Obozo. After all, Obozo doesn’t have the manhood to appear on FOX.

I listened to the interview on the radio and was laughing at Rather. He still says the story about Pres. Bush was true and, as I heard it, “...no one has proven the documents were false...”. He needs to get a grip and just head to pasture.

FOX is his last gasp for air. He’s 10 feet under water sucking air thru a 10’ 2” straw..........it’s time for this self absorbed, biased liberal to drown for good.
