Why would the well oiled Obama machine allow the president to publicly fail? Usually the president only shows up for the signing photo op AFTER the agreement has been reached.

Even Carter knew to do that with Israel/Egypt. Could O Bama be even more inept than O Peanut?

Things that make you go mmm, mmm, mmm.

He obviously thought he was going to win. Either he was double-crossed, played like a sucka, or those speeches he and Michelle gave convinced a whole lot of people to vote Rio

Feeling pretty smug here- I predicted Rio, and everyone said- NObama would not have gone if it wasn’t a done deal.

I contend that his trip was a Hail Mary pass.

It failed, and time ran out on the game.

Favre is a much better quarterback......

Because Mr. and Mrs. Zero owed an all out effort to Valerie Jarett and Axelrod, et al whose former firms had so much riding on ringing the Olympics to Chi Town. Locals say it was all about Daley.

Here it is in a nushell, thanks to Michelle Malkin:

And they say it was “for the kids” and “an economic benefit for America”. Bull.

More personal greed and politics as usual at the expense of the U.S. taxpayers. Anyone get a good estimate on how many millions this boondoggle cost us taxpayers?
