We will have to go back to a numeric system. It is fundamentally a numeric system. There are databases (Domain Name Servers) that translate alphabetic addresses into numeric addresses. They will just expand the types of characters that can be translated into numbers.

Think about it.
When English is NOT the major notation language, what happens?
The numbers work, the text that you may want to use might work, or might not. Depends on what part of the web you might be using it.
Babel revisited?
Not even considering the security ramifications.This is not a welcome move, IMHO.
Its a way to chop the WWW up.

This is all about the UN getting control of the Internet. World taxes is the net result along with censorship. The Bilderbergers have been working on this for 10 years or so.

This move would appear to be Zero's response to a brouhaha that blew up last April, with people (incl. Republicans) complaining the National Security Agency had too much Net capability and control.
But still .... alienating the 'Net completely? Damn!
