A federal court in New Hampshire has tossed a lawsuit against school districts in that state alleging that they improperly coerced children to recite the Pledge of Allegiance, a decision that the American Center for Law and Justice, which represented members of Congress in an amicus brief, praised.
"Were extremely pleased with the sound and well reasoned decision issued by the court a decision that rejects another attempt to rewrite history by targeting the Pledge and the phrase 'under God,'" said Jay Sekulow, chief counsel of the ACLJ, yesterday. Michael Newdow

I’m sure the ACLU is just as outraged over coercing students to sing stupid Obama songs....
Don't underestimate the ability of liberal justices to ignore all logic and law to implement and agenda.
Anyone who has a problem with the Pledge of Allegiance fully deserves to mocked, shamed and ridiculed.
I'm not so sure about that. I have a slight problem w/ the "indivisible" part of the Pledge 'cuz I believe the states have a God-given right to secede should the fedgov become too overbearing on the People. I would love to see Alaska, Texas, Hawaii, or all of New England Secede.
How true is that? Huh huh huh!
