I think anyone who has more than 2 abortions should have the “essure” (tubes tied by putting in coils) or quinacrine (chemicals shot into uterus to destroy the lining). Both methods are cheap, 100%, and can be done faster than an abortion.

IMO, in order to be a "person" one must be sentient, conscious, self-aware, and at least minimally intelligent.

That leaves out a lot of people with various disorders and injuries. I'm not sure what the difference is between sentient, conscious and self-aware. Those are all synonyms to me.
I could also point out that the logic used for the legal definition of 'person' used in Roe v. Wade is no different than the logic used in the Dredd Scott decision so self-awareness and intelligence were not a factor in the legal reasoning.
