Michael Moore is destined to really hate capitalism, for his new movie "Capitalism: A Love Story" appears to have totally flopped at the box office.
This comes despite all the gushing and fawning by Moore-loving media members prior to the film's October 2nd release.
Take heart, fellow capitalists, for according to Deadline Hollywood this could be a flop of epic proportions:

Gee Average Americans are not gullible enough to hand their hard earned dollars to a con man fraud multi millionaire who makes childish propaganda whining hysterically about the “Evil rich” while living a life of opulence and conspicuous consumption?

Yeah, a rich, fat POS makes a movie bashing the economic system that enables him to be a rich, fat POS. Big suprise that it bombs.

You have to admit it was a rather thin expectation to begin with. “Hey kids, let’s all head down to the theater and drop a sawbuck watching a movie about bankers!” Uh huh.

My sister in law, lives in Chicago, emailed me yesterday to say she saw the movie and it was great! She also mentioned Marcy Kaptur being in it and how we in northwest Ohio should be so proud of her!
I sat here “dazed and confused” as my sister in law has made a great deal of money in the market and owns a house in Hawaii and an exclusive suburb in Chicago. I couldn’t respond to the email as I think Kaptur is in the union pockets and hasn’t helped Toledo all that much.

In the free market the public ain’t buying what Moore’s selling. Imagine that.

Wow, this is a movie that surely can be played in Cuba, unlike his last movie on Cuban health care...

You’re right, it’s up to $5m total now. That’s pretty decent for the amount of screens it was on. There’s a lot of lowlife fans out there I guess.
