Obama CAN'T make the tough decisions. He keeps waiting for someone else to do it for him. It's the “Peter Principle” in action. Easier for him do do what he knows, go campaign in front on cheering crowds of kool-aid drinkers, issue platitudes, and blame his predecessor for all his troubles.

Yes, like the article yesterday calling him a Beta Male, nothing shows that up more than the fact he can't do anything himself but must always delegate it to others. He is afraid of making a decision that will reflect back on him so he makes none.

He sent his minions to protests to instigate violence but that fell through and he gave up quick on that one. He has all his toadies doing the dirty work simply because he cannot take the blame for anything.

I do not see him sending in troops to help or easing the ROE, he wants to fail in Afghanistan but wants to make it seem as if the troops are to blame, not the great and powerful Bozo.
