Down in Columbus, Id say that birther attorney Orly Taitz has guaranteed herself a $10,000 fine at the hands of U.S. District Judge Clay Land.
According to the Columbus Ledger Enquirer, Taitz most recent filing accuses Land of having met secretly in Columbus with Attorney General Eric Holder to conspire about ways to hide evidence of Obamas true birthplace. For that and other reasons, she demands that Land recuse himself from the case.
Her evidence for that rather stunning charge?
An affidavit from a fellow birther claiming to have seen someone resembling Holder in a Columbus cafe across the street from the federal courthouse.
Noooooooo.....they wouldn’t do that. Would they?
Probably not . . . Holder would just call Land on the phone, if anything.
“FREE THE LONG FORM!”
“Effective immediately, ‘country x’ is suspending all diplomatic relations with the USA due to the numerous irregularities surrounding the legitimacy of Barack Hussein Obama being eligible to be President of the USA.”
Then what would Barry 0 do?
Not likely as the phone logs can be recovered. One on one instead is safer.
Now that really made my day...what a story that would be!
How about the President of Honduras, Micheletti doing this deed? He owes Barry I think.
Yea... And let’s meet in a public cafe
no suspicion there... Just happen to run into each other
Bomb Tel Aviv.

He could try. But by then the sh*t would be out of the horse, so to speak.
yes, any head of state would make news!
How I would love to see this method of getting the vault copy out in the open. Actually they might send the fake colb as proof.....then it could start all over again!
Maybe they were just meeting for sex.
I just read about a case where a judge and a DA on a murder trial were having a sexual fling and the defense wanted to have a new trial because of the clear “cooperation” between the judge and prosecutor.
You can’t be serious. Do you think it’s easier to scrub a phone log (or use a generic phone), or scrub public appearances/meetings/travel itineraries/etc.?
The more that Obama throws our allies under the bus and coddles our enemies, the more he breaks treaties, the more likely that is to happen.
with today’s prevalence of cell phone cameras, anyone who really thought they observed this should have taken a pic.
....one on one is safer....
Except it would be virtually impossible for the AG to travel secretly to Columbus, GA for a courthouse meeting with a federal judge. And equally STUPID for him to eat at a lunchroom across the street.
I have given up on Orly. She is hopeless.
Washington Post and Atlanta Journal-Constitution both in one day? Great! There’s no such thing as bad publicity. I’ll take ridicule over silence any time.
Remember the SR-71 Bush the Elder flew to Iran? Or was it Reagan, I don’t remember anymore.
I think the UN would be an appropriate venue for such an announcement.
Yes, a secret, clandestine meeting, in which you show up in the Starbucks across the street from the courthouse, in the full view of the public.
Do you really think that it is easier to hide an actual visit by the Attorney General to a state, than it would be to find a way to make an unmonitored phone call (say, by using a pay-as-you-go phone bought at Wal-mart for the purpose?)
I could only pray for Israeli reprisals against DC...
Did they call to arrange a meet?
How did they arrange the meet?
Are they simply aware of where they might be?
Check the aides, clerks, etc, too.
My guess is that if they showed pictures of four light-skinned black men with mustaches, the witness would probably think all of them were Holder.
Right, whereas flight records can't./sarcasm

"My name is Eric Holder."
"My name is Eric Holder."
"My name is Eric Holder."
The affidavit from the “witness” described Holder as being “small of stature.”
Holder is 6’3”! Unless the witness interacts with the team members of the local NBA franchise on a daily basis, I don’t see anyway he could describe someone 6’3” as being “small of stature.”
The affidavit is actually sad/funny in a pathetic sort of way, it’s online if anyone cares to read it. (It also appears that Orly did another “oopsie” and forgot to include it with her original filing.)
I’m sorry, but as an attorney with 20 years experience, the woman is becoming an affront to me. No one that incompetent should be holding a license to practice law.
Brown Deer,
What field are you in, if I might ask?
If you became aware of someone in your field of expertise who couldn’t get the most basic and rudimentary aspects of their profession correct, would you be happy to see them in action?
If you would actually look on this site, you will find that there are a fair number of experienced attorneys who are fed up with Orly Tait’s incompetence. I am merely one of at least half a dozen experienced attorneys who have criticized Taitz’ poor skills as an attorney.
No one, (with the exception of Taitz herself and her husband) has ever entrusted her to represent them in any legal action, prior to her current “crusade.” (Taitz’s experience seems to be primarily limited to defending herself against a multitude of medical malpractice lawsuits involving her dental practice.) Her filings and briefs are chock full of errors, including several instances where she didn’t even spell her own damned name correctly!
Several of her, now former, clients appear to have major problems with her and her conduct in representing them. She’s had a summary judgment entered against her in a defamation suit filed by Phil Berg and others because she apparently failed to file a response in time.
How mediocre/poor does a person’s lawyering skills have to be before I am allowed to criticize them?
OK, hypotheticals then. If an experienced surgeon publicly criticized another so-called surgeon who didn't bother to wash his hands and used X-Acto knives from the local dollar store, would you consider the criticisms uncalled for?
None went to a jury, all settled out of court.
Do you know what “matching impedances” means?
I’ll tell you — it means Orly may be the best chance of all to beat the marxists, statists and Obama.
I believe there were 6 to 9 of them, (I forget the number after I checked the CA court site but thinking 6) before moving to Federal Court.
Freedom puts up with a lot of different slurs.
