ANYBODY can do this; you need no advanced training in math or any science even. You know what I needed? All that stuff you learned in grammar school that you thought was crap and that you thought you'd never use, lol! That's the knowledge that pushed me over the edge..imagine my surprise when I realized, "Hey!! Diagraming sentences is actually useful! You can use it to reason and apply constitutional law!" I needed all of that stuff, every bit of it. I laugh: like calling DNA "junk" only as we do not yet use it is stupid so is calling the seven ancient disciplines junk. I accidentally studied the trivium and quadrivium. Then I used it.

Susan has declared herself the President of the United States, by virtue of becoming the living Constitution, or something. And you’re constitutional, too, if you have a gun, so declare yourself Chief Justice and have a ball! And you can't trust paper. And Bush was not a legal President. And per a previous posting, she was injured by the US Military in Florida in 1996, but all her records were unconstitutionally kept from her.

I think that sums it up, except for the name of the institution where she currently resides.

It is real, and Zero’s people are trying to dismiss her even on free republic. I am amazed that she has been at this for a while and I have never heard about her before. She is not a lawyer, yet is ready to plead her case in front of 8 supreme court justices (the last appointed justice lady is disqualified by Susan).

I admire her and plan on reading this over and over again, as she does make very valid points. It’s long and she covers a lot of different things — Go get them Susan Herbert!!!

Basicly she is using the decision in Marbury that says something along the line of:

... this is a Nations of laws not of men. And it will cease to be a nation of laws if the laws provide no remedy for a violation of a legal right. There has to be a legal remedy for a violation of a legal right!

It also says that Acts of Congress that conflict with the Constitution are not law and the Courts are bound instead to follow the Constitution, affirming the principle of judicial review. There would be no point of having a written Constitution if the courts could just ignore it. "To what purpose are powers limited, and to what purpose is that limitation committed to writing, if these limits may, at any time, be passed by those intended to be restrained?"
