The vote comes the same day reports emerged that the New York Democrat funneled a $3 million earmark -- included in the massive Defense Appropriations Bill -- to City College to fund research on materials used to protect Army vehicles from attack.

I guess funneling money to the college as an earmark has some ethical implications that I just don't see...
But can't they find somethng a little more damning on this scumbag besides funneling money from a defense appropriations bill to help the Army? Jeez, talk about picking your battles...
