The suburban Chicago cop who was caught on video beating a 15-year-old student for refusing to tuck his shirt last May is being accused of raping a woman while holding a pillow over her face.
He also killed his ex-wifes new husband last year by shooting him 24 times in front of their children while he was a cop for another suburban police department.
He was suspended for that incident and eventually found work with the Dolton Police Department, where he ended up beating the special needs student who weighed only 140 pounds, breaking his nose and lacerating his face.
A few months later, he allegedly threatened an Indiana woman with a knife. Then later raped her with a pillow over her face on September 14, according to the Chicago Tribune.
It is no wonder why the Dolton Police Department refused to release his name this week when the video of the student beating emerged.
Christopher Lloyd, 38, has been incarcerated in Indiana on a $110,000 bond since last month. He faces 20 years in prison for the rape allegation.
His ex-wife has also filed a wrongful death suit against him and the Robbins Police Department for the killing of her new husband in February 2008.
Chicago police accepted his claims of self-defense even though he drove to the couples home while off-duty and got into an argument with Cornell McKinney, before shooting him 24 times.
It is not clear whether he reloaded in that incident, but if he did, it would make it hard to believe he was acting in self-defense.
The suit claims the autopsy contradicts the police investigation. Im sure it does. The Chicago Police Department should be sued as well.
Nothing like affirmative action, to bring a community together.

Huh? The "cop" shot his ex-wife's husband 24 times & dared call it self defense? He only got SUSPENDED? What sort of justice is that?
He raped a woman & put a pillow over her face? The guy should have been in prison long ago.
Good example of why the 2nd Ammendment is needed. Even if the government as a whole is not oppressive there are plenty of corrupt people in government who will abuse their authority. Agencies protect their own more than looking out for what’s right.
Obama’s Chicago
When will Obama put forth a peace plan for Chicago?
He ought to run for Kennedy’s seat.
so...what I’m gathering from this story is that the Chicago police department is pretty much run like the rest of Chicago?
The rest of the country is not far behind.
Whatever happened to the America in which we tried to control psychopaths?
this is the reason we have Citizen Grand Juries, presentments should have been made a long time ago, this guy should have already been on Death Row as well as every person involved with the whitewashing with regards to MURDERING his ex’s Husband.
I am fairly certain that cops don't carry 30 round mags for their pistols.
Blacks deserve their seperate laws and courts.
And this is exactly why police officers shouldn’t enjoy special protection under the law, nor should any group, race or sexual orientation. If this cop had been white, there would have been investigation and prosecution from the Feds under civil rights excuses.
“It is not clear whether he reloaded in that incident, but if he did, it would make it hard to believe he was acting in self-defense.”
It’s not CLEAR? Whom is it not clear to? What gun holds 24 rounds? How does this guy get another police job after pumping 24 rounds into a guy under a domestic incident that involves his ex wives husband.
INSANE.
They run it now...
>>He also killed his ex-wifes new husband last year by shooting him 24 times in front of their children while he was a cop for another suburban police department.
After all that, he was hired by the Dolton PD? How desperate are they for cops in Dolton?
Oh wait. I know how they justified it: “But his marksmanship scores are well above average.”
It’s just a good thing there was a camera present...
“What gun holds 24 rounds?”
I have a pre-ban 50 round clip for one of mine.
This guy isn’t related to the Mark Lloyd just “czared” into Obama’s administration as the FCC head is he?
Chicago justice.
This guy would have made Vick Mackey of “The Sheild” proud!
Nothing to see here, move along civilian.
You've got it. Many city jobs, including the police department, are patronage; i.e., who you know. I remember a guy in Chicago (who lived across the street from us) whose brother was an alderman. Through that connection he got a job on the Chicago Police Department although he was an alcoholic who rarely showed up for duty. One day he fell down the stairs that went to the 2nd story of his house and died of his injuries. I could name names but...
No wonder they call the place “Dolton”
You can take the boy outa the country but you cant take the country outta da buoy.
They live by their won code. Its a black thing, borne outta africa.
Go to Africa, you will find out.
Whited dudes had centuries of conditioning through civilization. This started with the wheel , organized farming, taxation, land laws, personal and property rights and a christian backbone.
Its ingrained into our culture. But with the birth of Obama, we are now a Muslim nation. Nothing like patronizing a killer cult!
In Africa, they live and thrive in dirty corrupt practices of the illiterate and tyrannical. Worst part? Crime is like poverty, we can import it. It appears Chicago has been growing its own.
I know at least *one* Illinois city that’s gonna be sued like it’s never been sued before! “Mr Police Commissioner, haven’t you ever heard of *background checks*?” would be all it would take to convince a jury to award victims *millions*.
Two guns with extended magazines?
Once again the case for an armed citizenry is made...
Cops for 0bama!
It had to do with winter, surplus and the ability to plan. In the northern climates, people who could not/would not acquire a surplus of food for the winter months did not survive to another winter.
The ability/desire/nesessity to acquire a surplus also left time for others to spend time doing other things...like wood/metal working, etc.
Black people never had to go through the 'surplus' thing.
This is the origin of Aesops Ant And The Grasshopper
They are kidding right? 24 rounds is rage, not self defense.
Blacks deserve their separate laws and courts.
A variation on SHARIA law coming to a police department/country near you.
The precedent was set by Holder in the case of voter intimidation in PA.
one of the guns they used in old western movies. those guys never ran out of ammo.
for a 9 mil hand gun?
A Neanderthal cop! In the video you can see other people involved, but it’s not clean if they’re helping the cop or trying to help the kid.
That’s how it works for cops. So it goes.
He only got SUSPENDED? What sort of justice is that?
Because it’s ‘Dolton, Illinois’ where corruption rules.
Sadly, that’s the suburb I grew up in in the 50s and 60s and it is now crime ridden and taken over by thugs.
.......It is not clear whether he reloaded in that incident....
Apparently not! LMAO
I agree, that is a component as well. They never had to plan for tomorrow so the thought process and expectations are totally different. But then again, they too have seasons. They too have drought. Those things are jot just white things.
For them they had one less thing to fight, ole Jack Frost seldom shows his face in Africa.
Go look up the history of the wheel. That is a white thing. China got it after we gave it to the mideast. Just another key to getting more work done....
Add in evolution of political thought....
Only cops should have guns
(...think Yasser Arafat before you complain.)
Cheers!
Not the one from Taxi and Back to the Future?
