Sorry, that was me up in Sunnyvale. I was getting my old CRT TV out of my home, tripped, and dropped it.

San Josie, I’ve been there!!! I always say it the way I spell it, to tick the people from San Josie off.

I felt this one more than yesterdays. This one was a bigger jolt than the one yesterday.

I wasn’t quite sure whether or not it was an earthquake.

Did it damage Trace, Hoover and/or Lincoln! oh, and the Rose Garden, - well maybe the roses are over blooming.

Navy guy mutters ... "damn Marines, they think they're eyetalians or sumthin', talking 'bout clicks."

I'm amazed that any Californian would think an earthquake less than 8.0 is breaking news? The only one I remember was during the Series, I watched on TV, and screamed that the road was on top of people! Nobody heard me, as the news guys talked about other stuff and the cameras panned.

My dad was career Navy, and stationed in San Diego from '57-60. We lived in Chula Vista was home-ported on a "tin can" from '66-68. Three WesPacs still left me time to explore Cali. I never got used to shaking ground.

I sold my place in NM (high desert near nothing!), and now spend most of my time in the hills of WV. I used to drive out and spend a week or two there. I haven't seen any reason to go further west, unless passing through, for years.

Y'all can have my share!
