Judge Carter is sure taking his sweet time rendering a desicion as to allow this case before him to move forward or dismiss it. I do hope this is a good sign that he will allow it to go to trial.
Awe come on! This has nothing to do with Orly, I think she is chasing smoke to be honest... if she were serious she would be pursuing Quo Warrento in the District Court in Washington DC, the only court that can actually remove an Usurper. What she is doing might lead to discovery, one can hope, but it won’t get Obama out of office. That has to come through Quo Warrento.

But looking at how other judges dismissed the Obama eligibility lawsuits, I believe that Judge Carter will do the same, but I hope I am wrong.

At the very least, I wish that the cowardly officials at Occidental College in California, Obama's first college, would show some courage and tell us officially if Obama was or was not enrolled as a freshman foreign student.
It’s a smoke-screen.
One that has been gently encouraged by the Obama faction. Certainly it has not been quieted by just releasing the Long form, wiich will actually say that he was born in Hawaii. That would have actually quieted the whole thing down and no one would have been able to get traction on the Natural Born Status issue to begin with, because no one would have been listening to it anymore. If Obama had released his long form in 08, the issue would not have gotten this big. A few people would have been yelling about a British father but on one would have been around to listen. That doesn’t make it any less true however.
Instead Obama has covered it up, and made it a bigger issue in the process. The only problem with that is its a strategy that can easily backfire. And it has. Now people who were paying attention to the COLB issue are going to hear what he is really trying to avoid talking about. His British Father.
There is traction with the Birther movement because people smell a dead rat. That rat really is dead and rotting, its just under their noses, buried in history that is no longer taught in schools.

I’m with you that I want to see the long form,
but I have spoken to some “birthers” who believe the long form is essential to the “foreign father” argument. I told them Obama wrote a book about his father being foreign, it is not in question. Had no effect.

I want to think the people have some kind of legal power in this country under the old fashioned ideal of equality before the law. Alas, I now have to see it to believe it right in my own country. We are back to the 1950’s where some people have greater rights than do other people.
I hope you start some small fires of doubt with whomever reads or hears you. This issue could not be more important.
My hope is that the more of us will, via work like you and others are doing, return to the philosophical source of our Republic...and then be outraged enough to halt this latest assault.
Because the "two citizen parent" requirement of NBC is a load of bunk that is found nowhere in the U.S. Constitution or established law. It is a fictional device created by birthers to be an eligibility standard that Obama couldn't possibly meet and enjoys support nowhere outside of birther circles.
On January 20th, 2009, a man whose foreign father is a matter of public record was sworn into the office of the presidency by the chief justice of the highest court in the land after a campaign where no one, not his opponents, not the previous administration, not the courts questioned his eligibility.
That's how much of a loser this "two parent citizen" definition of NBC is.

The Ark Decision (1898) goes into some detail on the matter, and even refers to Mr. Vattel's work on the topic. However, the decision does so apparently only to dismiss it!
It's a fine quote and all that, but the Supreme Court seems already to have dismissed it.

Few people recognized it’s relevance or importance. His liberal forunners dumbed down US education not necessarily for this purpose, but for sure an uneducated populace is vunerable to this kind of manipulation. That’s why they have been doing it.
