I hate to see what is happening in this country. I believe this HERO bill, dedicated to the Minutemen, sums it up. Please print out both sides when you use it, to mail to your RINO or liberal congressperson. Heck mail it to your good conservative republican, he or she will like and agree with the principles on the back.

That’s great. But I hope you realize the true meaning of what a second American Revolution would entail. It could get ugly.

So what about ugly can’t you recognize right now?

If and when, everyone will have a choice to make. Patriot or Subject.

I suppose that the DHS could, if they wanted to, consider the dissemination if not the possession of these “revolutionary” tracts to be prima facie threats of violent resistance to the government, which I think they have laws against, as well as significant sanctions at their disposal to impose on any who so dare to challenge the power of the Ruling Elite.

Now they probably won’t send the DHS blacksuited SWAT gestapo out to pay you a visit at Zero-dark-thirty some morning and drag you out of bed at gunpoint after blowing your door off the hinges and shooting your dog (which is what they usually do) - but if the wrong Congresscritter gets one too many of these things while they’re having a bad day and gets a hair across their tailpipe... you just never know.

Somebody is apt to get made an example of.
They do that, you know.

BTW; before we go threatening to start a revolution, bear this in mind; they have NUKES, artillery, and air superiority, just for starters.

They can plop a 500 lb. JDAM right down your chimney any time they want to, and there won’t be a bloody thing you can do about it.

It would probably be a very short, messy “revolution” and my money would not be on “We the people” to emerge all that well in the end.

We might want to be pretty circumspect as to how loudly or often we shake our rattle-tail.
They might very well take us up on the challenge and tread on us... hard.

That Second Amendment thing is, and was intended to be, a VERY LAST desperate resort.

There’s no “could” about it being ugly. It’s also the last thing I’d want to see happen.

Why is the Obama logo used with the word “hero”? It send the opposite message of what is desired. Obama is NO hero.

And just so you know, “revolution” can be defined a whole bunch of different ways. Political revolutions don’t always mean or come by actual physical and/or armed revolt.

I would consider it to be one if we oust enough democrats from Congress in 2010 to take back the House and Senate. Which is possible and if they keep on doing what they are doing through most of 2010, it is even more possible.

You want to talk about how THAT will be portrayed? If that can be done by enough concerned voters, I will consider that a revolution right there.

They could but there is broad lattitude in political speech. “Revolution” doesn’t have to mean armed physical overthrow. I am talking about the dems losing their power and offices. If you read the back, that’s what’s implied.

If they aren’t going to govern properly and conduct themselves honestly and openly, the consequences are that we the people will remove them at the ballot box because they govern at the consent of the governed. Simple as that. They keep going the way they are going, and the ‘revolution’ is that they will personally be defeated, and their party will lose the House and/or the Senate. And if Barack keeps going the way he’s going he will lose in 2012.

I’m just as upset as the next man with what has happened to our liberties but has anyone thought about this issue?
When the shooting starts, how do we identify friend from foe?
Not as simple as one might think.
