MSNBC uber-dork Keith Olbermann has done it again. The cable channel's principal pontificator -- in naming syndicated columnist Michelle Malkin "the worst person in the world" on Wednesday night -- blasted her "total mindless, morally bankrupt, knee-jerk, fascistic hatred, without which Michelle Malkin would just be a mashed-up bag of meat with lipstick on it." AirAmerica.com blogger Megan Carpentier found Olbermann's remarks more than slightly misogynistic, and said, "By attacking Michelle Malkin's politics with an assault on women of every political persuasion, and then indicating a desire to see her physically harmed, a person might understandably get the idea that Keith Olbermann only respects women if they agree with him." Maybe not even then.

Michelle Malkin was a regular on Fox News a year or so ago and often hosted The Factor on Fridays. I saw the program where she and Geraldo were on together and things got heated. He called her a whore and she fired right back at him. He said he would spit on her, etc.
Unfortunately for Fox News, they kept Geraldo and canned Michelle. Good news, however, is that various Fox News prime time programs are now more frequently having Michelle as a “contributor”.

It was great yesterday when GHWB referred to KO and Maddow as “sick puppies” for the vicious attacks they made on his son. Though overall he pleaded for more civil political discourse, indicating he thinks too much venom comes from the right too. I would disagree and say 90% of the problem comes from the loony left.

In a functional world, commercial ventures such as MSNBC would fold tent based on their abject failure in the market. The ratings of that network, especially when measured against their competitors, should make any executive interested in actually making a buck realize their product is pathetically unwanted by the consumers.

The mainstream media is good at character assassination, at being victims, the "blame" game, and proclaiming the good intentions of policies they want to advance. In reality, Olbermann apparently has little incentive and no ability to address the substance of the issues.
Many would love to see Oblermann's evidence to support his assertions about Michelle Malkin. His disordered and warped brain can produce nothing I suspect. How can such garbage keep an audience? IMO, he just seems to be able to lash out like a cornered rat. Although entertaining, after awhile it does gets boring.
Sometimes I think this hack gets more attention from curious FReepers and other conservatives than he does from the abnormal libs who’d want to watch his show.

Not quite accurate, as I understand the matter:
IIRC Michelle simply refused to go back on BORe’s Factor unless BORe would defend her, denounce Geraldo and ban Geraldo from the show. But Bill has never taken these remedial steps.
In the meantime, MM has continued to appear on other FNC shows. Never “canned.” And to this day, she won’t appear on the Factor.
I understand having such sentiments about one’s enemies, but he’s much nastier than I would be and very public about it. I have to wonder how long before all that bitterness and anger manifests into something like cancer?
These foul mouthed psychopathetic louts would be run off the rails if their employers were not cut from the same cloth.
