So the internal Iranian Jundallah claim no connection to the rebel Balochistan group within Pakistan. That wont stop the Iranians from targeting the mistaken or contrived external foreign threat. Supposedly the leader of the Iranian Jundallah group is residing within Pakistan ?

Well, all I meant was after my reading, there didn’t appear to be ANY state sponsored endorsement of any kind (including Pakistan) for this incident. It appears to me Jundallah is taking sole responsibility.

Here is a quote from the Long War Journal article noted in post no. 8 describing the group:

“Jundallah is a Baluchi insurgent group that operates in Pakistan’s Baluchistan provinces as well as in Sistan-Baluchistan in Iran. The group was founded in 2003 by Emir Abdul Malik Baluch, who is also known as Abdul Malik Rigi. Rigi currently leads Jundallah, which he renamed the Peoples Resistant Movement of Iran.”
