OMG....someone posits a theory about algae....BURN HIM AT THE STAKE!!!! Ever been on Sanibel or Captiva when the algae blooms hit? Kills a bunch of fish and I can't stick around because the algae toxins close my bronchial tubes.....and I don't even have asthma.
